IT'S A WORLD OF DIGITAL DESIGN
Free your design spirit with Autodesk, Wacom digital tablets, Adobe and much more!
Design is often viewed as a more rigorous form of art, or art with a clearly defined purpose. The distinction is usually made when someone other than the artist is defining the purpose. Architecture & engineering is often viewed as a more rigorous form of design. Whatever your design discipline, architecture, professional photographer, serious amateur photographer, graphic designer, web designer, product designer, or hobbyist, we have the right solution for you.
Combining the supply of world leading design software with local expertise, Sketchbook Solutions offer competitive pricing alongside industry leading knowledge on products such as Autodesk AutoCAD LT & Sketchbook Pro, Wacom digital tablets (Bamboo, Intuos4 & Cintiq models), Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW etc.

Customer Success Story
Comments on the Wacom Intuos4 M, by Johan Opperman, Creative Director from Dreamstate in Johannesburg I have been using a mouse for the last 15 years and been through everything from USB plug-in, through to mighty-mouse, and now the latest super-slick offering from Apple (which is good by the way), however as a print designer, one seems to seek more - especially from a air-brushing and "artistic" perspective.
My recent purchase of the Intuos4 Wacom tablet has changed all of this. I have been looking at this solution for years and pondering the benefit as it always seemed out of place for an old-school designer such as myself, and believed that these tablets had better place in movie studios and 3-D environments. I was wrong! I picked it up and within an afternoon I was operating comfortably.
I believe the Intuos4 will cut my work-time down by 50% on graphic intensive jobs and it's "intuitive" feel, ease of use and simplicity in installation and application has surpassed my expectations. This is an amazing product and from a work-flow perspective I can't see how print designers can't own one. Also, it looks really slick.
Another thing which has surprised me is the fact that outside of graphic intensive art (illustration and retouching), it is a fantastic tool for repro set-up and general layout.Thank you for taking the time to demo the unit and for your assistance in what I trust will be a long, happy pen experience. Thank you Sketchbook Solutions
P.s. I work on a dual screen and the medium is the ideal solution, I think smaller would be uncomfortable and larger would take up too much of my desk space - The "display toggle" function allows me ease on either single or dual screen.
